My stay at the hotel was a bit disappointing overall. The room looked nothing like the photos and was overpriced for what we got. It was also not the cleanest, with hairs on the towels and a used bathing robe provided. However, the room had a nice aesthetic and was cooler than expected.
The hotel has a lovely room with all the necessary amenities, but the check-in experience was delayed with beach sand around. The service was kind overall but lacked brightness and motivation in some instances. The location is excellent for shopping and enjoying the sea, although some areas may be overpriced. The dining experience was average, with slow service and not so delicious food.
Staying in the Luxury Deluxe room at Dusit Thani Guam Resort for four days was lovely and had everything we could have needed, despite some air conditioner noise in my room. The ambiance of the restaurant and the friendly staff made the stay enjoyable, with various services available. The location at Tumon Bay offered a significant view of the seaside and easy access to food and shopping options. The dining experience was well-rounded, although breakfast ending at 10 am was a bit early for a leisurely resort. Overall, a relaxing stay with minor inconveniences.
Despite the small size of the room compared to the photos and the high price, my stay was comfortable with elegant decor and uninterrupted ocean views. The location at the beachfront was great and convenient, making me consider returning to Dusit Thani on my next Guam visit.
